Wir schauen zu, wie die Leute arbeiten, und bewerten mit der Geschäftsführung, wo KI am meisten bringt. Ergebnis: ein oder zwei konkrete Vorschläge mit Nutzen, Aufwand und Festpreis, schriftlich innerhalb von 5 Arbeitstagen. Regulär 1.950 Euro zzgl. USt., kostenfrei für Workshops bis zum 31.10.2026. Bei Absage weniger als 7 Tage vorher 1.950 Euro zzgl. USt. Nicht online. 2. Umsetzung: Wir bauen die ausgewählte Lösung zum Festpreis, um die bestehenden Systeme herum, auch um alte Spezialprogramme. Abgenommen wird im Betrieb, nicht in einer Vorführung. Preis und Dauer stehen im Festpreisangebot nach dem Workshop. 3. Betrieb: Wir überwachen und passen die Lösung an, einmal im Monat ein Gespräch mit der Geschäftsführung. Monatlicher Festbetrag, steht im Angebot, kündbar mit einem Monat Frist. Die KI-Nutzung zahlt der Kunde direkt beim Anbieter. Ein Ansprechpartner von Anfang bis Ende. Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Dienstleister des Kunden ist der Normalfall. ### Daten Der Kunde entscheidet, welcher KI-Anbieter seine Daten verarbeitet, und schließt den Vertrag direkt mit ihm, zum Beispiel mit Microsoft (Azure), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google oder Mistral. Wo möglich Rechenzentren in der EU. Ob mit den Daten trainiert wird, hängt von Anbieter und Tarif ab; wir zeigen die Optionen und empfehlen eine. Bekommen wir Zugriff auf personenbezogene Daten, schließen wir einen Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung. EU AI Act: Wir setzen die technischen Anforderungen um, zum Beispiel Kennzeichnung und Dokumentation; die rechtliche Einschätzung übernimmt der Anwalt des Kunden. With your people, your systems and your data. For owner-led mid-sized companies. ### How we work 1. Workshop: one day on site. We watch how people work and rate with management where AI helps most. Result: one or two concrete proposals with benefit, effort and fixed price, in writing within 5 working days. Regular price 1,950 euros plus VAT, free of charge for workshops held by October 31, 2026. Cancellation less than 7 days before: 1,950 euros plus VAT. Not online. 2. Implementation: we build the chosen solution at a fixed price, around the existing systems, old special-purpose software included. Sign-off happens in real operation, not in a demo. Price and duration are stated in the fixed-price offer after the workshop. 3. Operation: we monitor and adjust the solution, with a monthly talk with management. A fixed monthly fee, stated in the offer, cancellable with one month's notice. The customer pays for AI usage directly to the provider. One contact from start to finish. Working with the customer's IT service provider is the normal case. ### Data The customer chooses the AI provider and signs the contract directly, for example with Microsoft (Azure), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Mistral. EU data centres wherever possible. Whether data is used for training depends on the provider and plan; we show the options and recommend one. If we get access to personal data, we sign a data processing agreement.
